(1) Bounce Line
Use a spirit level to mark horizontal points on each wall (column) corner in the room, and mark a horizontal line (usually 500mm above the ground). Measure the height of the ceiling design plus the thickness of a layer board with the horizontal line. Use a chalk line to mark the horizontal line along the wall (column), which is the lower skin line of the ceiling secondary keel. At the same time, according to the ceiling plan, mark the position of the main keel on the concrete ceiling. The main keel should be divided from the center of the ceiling to both sides, with a maximum spacing of 1000mm, and the keel indicating the suspension rod should be divided from the center of the ceiling to both sides, with a maximum spacing of 000mm, and the fixing points of the suspension rod should be marked, with a spacing of 900-1000mm between the fixing points of the suspension rod. If the fixing points of beams and pipelines exceed the design and regulatory requirements, additional fixing points for suspension rods should be added.
(2) Fixed hanging rod
Use expansion bolts to fix the hanging rods. Drill holes on the top plate with an impact hammer, install expansion bolts, and weld one end of the suspension rod to an L30 x30 x3 angle code (the hole diameter of the angle code should be determined according to the diameter of the suspension rod and expansion bolt), and weld the other end to a threaded rod. The finished suspension rod should be treated with rust prevention. When the suspended ceiling is not accessible and the length of the suspension rod is less than 1000mm, a hanging bar can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, Na's suspension bars should be used. When the length of the hanging rod is less than 1000mm for the suspended ceiling, Na's hanging bars can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, a suspension bar called should be used. When installing the suspension rod, attention should also be paid to: the hanging rod should be straight and have sufficient bearing capacity. When the rod needs to be extended, it must be overlapped and welded firmly, and the weld seam should be uniform and full; Suspension rods should be installed at ceiling lighting fixtures, air vents, and maintenance ports.
(3) Install side keel
The installation of the side keel should be marked according to the design requirements, and the L-shaped galvanized light steel strip should be fixed to the embedded wooden bricks with self tapping screws along the horizontal keel line on the wall (column); If it is a concrete wall (column), it can be fixed with nails, and the spacing between nails should be smaller than the spacing between secondary keels.
(4) Install the main keel
The main keel is hung on the suspension rod and should be installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the room, with a spacing of 900-1000mm. During installation, it should be arched, with a height of 1/200 to 1/300 of the room span. The cantilever section of the main keel should not exceed 300mm, otherwise a suspension rod should be added. The extension of the main keel should adopt docking, and the docking joints of adjacent keels should be staggered. After the main keel is hung, it should be basically leveled.
Note: For suspended ceilings with a span greater than the above, a large keel should be added every 1.5m on the main keel, and welded firmly perpendicular to the main keel; If there is a large shaped top grille, the shaped part should be welded into a frame with angle steel or square steel, and firmly connected to the floor slab.
(5) Install secondary keel
Secondary keels are divided into two types: visible keels and hidden keels. The secondary keel is divided into T-shaped painted keel and T-shaped aluminum alloy keel, and various strip buckle plate manufacturers are equipped with dedicated keels. The secondary keel should be installed closely to the main keel with a spacing of 300-600mm. The secondary keel should be fixed to the main keel with T-shaped galvanized iron sheet connectors. The two ends of the secondary keel should be placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped edge keel, and the strip buckle plate has a dedicated internal corner line as the edge keel.
(6) Comprehensive calibration of keel skeleton
Conduct a comprehensive inspection and calibration of the installed ceiling keel skeleton. After the structural position and levelness of the primary and secondary keels are qualified, tighten all hanging parts and connectors, clamp them firmly, and make the overall skeleton stable and reliable.
(7) Installation of gypsum decorative board
Shelving installation: flat overlapping, exposed ceiling. The decorative gypsum board is about to be overlapped with the T-shaped keel assembly framework, and the decorative surface keel of the ceiling is exposed. When installing the panels, there should be installation joints left, and the gap on each side should not exceed 1mm.
Enterprise mouth embedding: For decorative gypsum boards with enterprise mouth edges, the embedding method is used. The slotted part of the panel edge is located at the T-shaped keel or plug-in joint to hide the keel and become a concealed ceiling.
