Corrosion resistance and durability are another key differentiation point. Most U and C channels adopt hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized surface treatment. Standard C channels are designed for indoor conventional environments with basic anti-rust performance. U channels usually adopt thicker galvanized layers and thicker steel substrates, delivering better weather resistance and corrosion resistance, which can adapt to humid, coastal and industrial corrosive environments with longer service life.
