Hot dipped  angle and metal corner bead are commonly used in metal ceiling suspended systems to provide support and create a neat and professional finish. The hot dipped steel  angle is installed first, typically at the perimeter of the ceiling, to provide a sturdy base from which to hang the ceiling tiles or panels. The metal corner bead is then installed over the joint between two walls to create a sharp and clean corner, protecting the plasterboard from damage and providing a smooth finish. These components are typically made from galvanized steel to prevent rust and corrosion, and are available in a range of sizes to suit different ceiling heights and room sizes.

WHAT WE DO

  • Partition Drywall steel profile

    Fix the horizontal steel profile on the floor with shooting nail. Then install vertical steel profile to horizontal profile. Using nails to fix them according with designed space.

  • Ceiling steel profile

    Define the position of suspension according designing picture.

    Put expanded bolt on the suspension, installing of steel profile, then fix plaster board. Length of suspension should be defined according to requirement. Main suspension should provide on steel thread.

  • Metal corner bead

    We can manufactured L shape,W shape U shape,corner bead is used to provide a high-quality finish and protection at drywall corners.

    It considered the premier drywall finishing corner bead product. This product combines a unique manufacturing process, with specially enhanced galvanized steel to provide consistent, high-quality finishing.
